Topic: Being a better Trustee by using the free advice and guidance that is available

Details
The morning workshop will examine some of the useful support, guidance and information available to Trustees from a variety of sources as well as introduce the new WCVA Governance Health Check. In this interactive workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the benefits to the health check and look at how they and their Trustees can better fulfil their role in regard to the organisation’s reputation and accountability.
