CFG and Honorary Treasurers Forum (HTF) will be hosting this free evening event, centred around the theme of financial sustainability in charities. What information presented to the board will help you know whether your charity is financially sustainable? What are the red flag indicators? The evening, led by a knowledgeable and experienced panel, aims to provide attendees with an increased awareness and understanding of the key questions to ask about their organisation’s finances, and the information required to answer them.
The event is open to all, and attendees are very welcome to bring along a trustee from their organisation; it promises to be an insightful and informative evening for all.
The event will feature short talks from a number of speakers (TBC), followed by a panel discussion, providing an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and comment on their own experiences. The event will conclude with an opportunity to network over drinks and canapés.
