CFDG, together with the Coalition for Efficiency, will be hosting a free breakfast seminar, themed around the issue of reserves and building on the publicationThe Trustees’ Dilemma: To spend or to save?’.

It will be an opportunity to discuss different aspects of managing charity reserves and the ever important question of what level of reserves is appropriate for your charity. At the meeting there will be a number of short talks from representatives from the Charity Commission, Coalition for Efficiency, RNLI and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity, plus time for open discussion afterwards.
