This event is open to all, particularly those with business skills to bring to the local community voluntary sector. Attendees will hear from a representative of Voluntary Sector Training about types of training courses available and local voluntary groups are invited to promote their trustee vacancies. Trustees are the people in charge of a charity. They play a vital role, volunteering their time and working together to make important decisions about the charity's work. Trustees' Week is an annual event to showcase the great work that trustees do and highlight opportunities for people from all walks of life to get involved and make a difference. Trustees’ Week 2015 is 2–8 November, and is being officially launched at the NCVO / BWB Trustee Conference on 2 November 2015.
