Harrogate and District volunteering awards ceremony

This Oscars-style awards ceremony seeks to recognise the amazing work by volunteers across the Harrogate district. Nominations are currently welcome from all, for any of the 14 awards categories, including Trustee of the Year. All nominees will be invited to attend the ceremony and the winners will be announced on the night. The winner of each award will receive their very own ‘Oscar’ and a gift to recognise their contribution.

Trustees are the people in charge of a charity. They play a vital role, volunteering their time and working together to make important decisions about the charity's work. Trustees' Week is an annual event to showcase the great work that trustees do and highlight opportunities for people from all walks of life to get involved and make a difference. Trustees’ Week 2015 is 2–8 November, and is being officially launched at the NCVO / BWB Trustee Conference on 2 November 2015.
