Free seminar from WAO, Charity Commission and Good Practise Wales

Good governance enables organisations to make the best use of their resources. Are your Trustees well-placed make the most of the opportunities that come your way?

The Wales Audit Office, the Charity Commission and Good Practice Wales are holding this free interactive seminar that brings together the most up-to-date practices from across Wales and beyond. By the end of the seminar, delegates will be able to select from and adapt approaches to suit their own governance needs, enabling them to achieve more with less.

The seminar will consist of two showcase plenary sessions:
·       Lessons Learnt: Reflections on recent reports.  Wales Audit Office, Anthony Barrett and     WCVA, Anna Lewis
·       The New Grants Culture: Expectations on Trustees. Arts Council of Wales, Hywel Tudor

And a choice of attending two of the following workshops:
