Workshop: Planning processes for Trustees - Hertfordshire, 10/11/12

This is a short course aimed at reviewing effective strategic planning and budget setting processes across a five-year cycle. It covers planning, from agreeing the mission to developing strategic direction. It includes setting targets and milestones and monitoring progress against these. It also considers in brief the vital skills of managing risks and environment scanning.

The course will be held in the Garden Room at the charming 1907 arts and craft style building, The Letchworth Settlement and will be followed by a networking sandwich lunch.
