This course looks at how a Trustee Board can decide what skills it needs amongst the trustees to support the strategic plan and how to get them. It also looks at planning for people to leave, including the crucial transition between Chairs.
Held in Room 1 at the charming 1907 arts and craft style building The Letchworth Settlement, the workshop will be preceded by coffee and cake from 5:00pm. Please note that this room is upstairs, please contact Franlin Hart if this is a problem.

Trustees' Week is an annual event to showcase the great work that trustees do and highlight opportunities for people from all walks of life to get involved and make a difference.
